
Group Classes
MEDITATE & CREATE
Calling all creative souls; this class is designed to bring out your inner creative potential! We will always start class with Pranayama (breathing exercises). Then we will move in to some gentle Hatha & Yin inspired movement & stretching for the first half of class to prepare our bodies for meditation. We will do both a final relaxation and a guided visualization meditation in the second half of class. Each class will end with 10 minutes of creative time for you to write, journal, draw, sing or move creatively. You will also leave class every week with journaling prompt about creativity.
FLOW & LET GO
*Not offered in the upcoming session
A perfect balance of gentle flow yoga and customizable fitness. This class is inspired by a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Kundalini and Vinyasa. Modifications will always be provided so you can tailor poses and flowing movements to your body's ability. We will also work on letting go of fear, worry, stress or anything else that might be making us feel tense through linking breath with movement. This class is perfect for those who are interested in flow yoga without the pressure or expectation of challenging poses.
RESTORE & RELAX
For those who are looking to escape to a place of calmness. This class is held in the evening as it is specifically designed to help you have a better sleep and release stress. Through an organic combination of gentle Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga postures, you will experience true inner peace. We will also incorporate some self massage techniques, breathwork and meditation. If you happen to have candles at home, be sure to light some to create a cozy atmosphere for your Restore & Relax evenings!
